Hot and cold riverstones are applied to specific points and muscle groups as your ears are soothed by the sounds of nature.
Organic oils rich with the green essence of field and forest permeate your skin and work with Swedish massage techniques to
undo the effects of traffic and other stresses of urban living.

Pre-Natal Massage
Double the benefit as baby and mother are relaxed by traditional pre-natal massage. Available with or without appropriate
aromatherapy. We prefer not to massage clients in their first trimester without written doctor approval. We recommend
obtaining your medical advisor's permission before receiving treatment. Post-natal massage is also available.

Facial Massage
Facial muscles may be toned and stimulated as you receive a "face lift" without surgery or relaxed and soothed to soften
the visual effects of stress. Great for that little "worry" crease between the eyebrows. A youthful glow without
chemicals and a mini-vacation in itself.
20 minutes. $45.
Chair Massage
Need a quick fix while running errands or during your lunch break? No time for robes and herbal tea? Chair
massage is wonderful for tension in the shoulders, neck and back and performed with your clothes on. You might find
that you have time for tea after all.
15 minutes. $25.
Sports Massage
To enhance performance or aid in recovery, this treatment will focus on your specific goals. Heat and cold therapies
may be included after consultation with your therapist. Favorite of the weekend warriors.

Foot Massage
For some, it can't get better than this. After a brief foot bath in herbal water, the muscles of your feet, ankles
and lower legs are treated to a workout that stimulates circulation to your farthest extremities. Whether to improve
that mood that only cramped uncomfortable shoes can create or to lessen the symptoms of arthritis, you won't believe twenty
minutes can go by so fast. A nice midday refresher. May be performed with your clothes on.

Doubles Massage
Any of our massage services, except chair massage, are available for two in our Doubles Room at no additional charge.
Couples Massage Instruction
Learn to provide the healthful benefits of massage in a hands-on instructional session. You and a partner will
learn basic, effective massage techniques to use on each other to meet your own specific needs. Do you have chronic
headaches? Does he or she love a great foot rub? This session, as well as a gift of aromatherapy massage oil, is
customized for you.
90 minutes. $145.
