Please book your appointment as early as possible to insure your first choice of appointment times.  You may book appointments in person or by phone.  Group appointments must be secured by credit card or deposit.  We attempt to confirm all appointments in advance.  If you must cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so 24 hours or more before your service was originally scheduled to begin.

 

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow a relaxed check in and time to enjoy our spa amenities.  First time clients will be asked to provide information on medical history, lifestyle and preferences while in the spa.  This information is used solely to provide you with the best care possible and remains confidential.  A more detailed consultation will be provided during your service.

 

Our locker rooms, including saunas and showers are available to clients receiving services.  They are stocked with organic robes, towels and toiletries.  A Quiet Room is provided for clients needing additional transition time after or between services.  This area is primarily for silent rest and beds may be reserved.  Refreshments may be enjoyed beside the waterfall in our spa interior.  This relaxing spot also provides seating for use after or between services.  Complimentary makeup touch up or re-application is available at the end of your stay by prior reservation.

 

We employ only experienced, licensed staff.  Details about the education and certifications of each individual providing services in the spa are available by request.  It can be very helpful to review this information before booking a first time service.

 

Quality service is our top priority.  Please advise your service provider of any medical conditions or concerns, including medication use, before your service.  Please tell us if you are pregnant, attempting to conceive, have high blood pressure or other circulatory issues, etc.  The therapies we provide are effective, so the more we know about you, the better we can affect your treatment's outcome.

 

If you become uncomfortable or need specific attention at any point during your time with us, please notify any one of our staff immediately.  We are here to provide you with a beneficial experience.  No one, least of all your service provider, wants you to suffer through a service that you find unpleasant.  If you need more or less pressure in a massage, you need a glass of water or you are claustrophobic during a body treatment, please speak up.  We try very hard to anticipate your needs, but are not offended when you point them out to us.

 

We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit, credit and gift cards.  There is a $35 charge for any returned check.  Gratuity is not automatically added and is left to your discretion, though we ask that you leave all cash gratuities with the front desk staff in a provided, marked envelope.  We reserve the right to require payment for "no show" appointments.

 

We accept any unopened and unused retail product return for complete refund within thirty days of purchase with receipt.  Opened and/or used products may be returned with receipt and with management approval for spa credit only.  Spa credit may be applied to the purchase of future product or service.  If you are dissatisfied with a service, notify your service provider and then management immediately.

 

Gift certificates are available in any denomination.  Special group accommodations are available for parties of 4 or more.  Please ask us for further details on how we can make your party, shower or meeting an enjoyable one.  Parties of 2 may receive many services in the same room simultaneously.  Please inquire at the time of booking.

 

We offer both natural and certified organic skin, hair, nail and body care products to use at home.  Many of these are made right here in the USA.  You'll find that our reception area also offers a number of items to improve your home life, including candles, tea, baby care, gift baskets, organic robes, linens, and more.  We offer a full line of therapeutic grade aromatherapy items to use at home, including essential oils, carrier oils, containers, diffusers, nebulizers and more.  Shipping is available.
